Description

Printing, distribution and procurement of out-of-home products: Large-format posters, City Light posters, Megalight posters and DIN A0 posters.The award was already published in May under process 2022/S 091-251754. This original award was cancelled because significant changes in the contract now had to be taken into account. We ask all bidders who have already applied for the first award to resubmit their application and documents under the new award now in effect. Old applications cannot be considered.
The subject of the award procedure is outofhome products, which can be requested in the form of large-format posters, City Light posters and Mega Light posters and DIN A0 posters (see also the specifications). Requests are made irregularly and in varying quantities. Depending on the size of the print run, printing can be carried out using both offset and digital printing methods. Printable data in pdf form will be provided by the customer as a template for production. Packaging is either in parcels or on pallets. DHL is the specified service provider for parcel distribution. As an alternative to direct parcel distribution, delivery can also be made by forwarding agent to one or more locations nationwide. The contract is awarded in one lot.
