The GPMM will make available spaces in the public maritime domain, consisting of:- the forms of refit 3/4/5/6,- a quay line located along the boulevard des bassins de Radoub and along the quay Fabron,- an equipped floating hangar structure located along the boulevard des bassins de Radoub under the condition that this complex has returned to the GPMM in full ownership at the end of the previous occupation agreement and is free of rights, and in the condition in which it will be handed over to it by the previous occupant without any guarantee of proper functioning or conformity of any kind whatsoever,- a local building of 187 m2 located on port side F6,- a room of 132 m2 located between forms 4 and 5,- the platforms connecting the paint shop and forms 3/4/5/6,- the premises forming workshop and offices located on starboard side Form 3 of 1 150 m2.The project leader will ensure the technical and commercial exploitation of the constituted site:- he will manage and coordinate all the operations necessary for his activity. It will be required to put in place the appropriate personnel and technical resources. It will ensure coordination with its clients and representation with the competent administrations and, more generally, with civil society,- It will build the facilities, equipment and tools necessary to maintain and develop its activity, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the specifications,- it will maintain the facilities, equipment and tools in accordance with the terms of the specifications,- It will ensure the operator's responsibility with regard to all the laws and regulations in force, in particular those relating to safety, hygiene and security, classified installations, water management and environmental protection as well as social legislation in force.Candidates' bids must take into account the fundamental elements set by the GPMM:- capacity to develop or strengthen a pole creating industrial added value for the port and constituting a growth driver for the eastern basins of the GPMM in the field of ship repair,- strengthening the position of the port of Marseille on the segments of activities considered,- hosting activities generating qualified employment, in connection with the areas of interest and training projects developed by the GPMM and its territorial partners,- enhancement of the spaces and facilities made available in compliance with the environmental, quality, safety and social ambitions of the GPMM strategic project,- consideration of site safety,- formal acceptance of the 16 HSQE points set out in the specifications.
