Description

Windesheim wishes to enter into an agreement with one contractor to supply, maintain and refill hot beverage dispensers. The agreement has an initial duration of seven (7) years with the possibility of extending it three times (3) by one (1) year. The contract will be awarded to the Tenderer with the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the award criterion of best value for money. The intended start date of the contract is January 1, 2023 (start of implementation July 2022). This tender will be fully digital via Negometrix.
The services covered by this tender are:- Delivery and ready-to-use installation of hot beverage vending machines for 5 Windesheim locations in Zwolle and Almere.- Daily care and refilling (operating) of the hot beverage vending machines.- Technical (preventive, corrective and curative) maintenance and care of the hot beverage vending machines.- Supply of all necessary ingredients.- Supply of supporting products for the vending machines.- The supply of disposable cups, in accordance with the guidelines of the national government; - The collection, disposal and processing of disposable cups; - The optional supply of collection equipment for disposable cups. The locations covered by this tender are: 1. Campus 2-6, Zwolle2. Koestraat 3, Zwolle3. Ceintuurbaan 15, Zwolle4. Hospitaaldreef 5, Almere5. Stadhuisstraat 18, AlmereThe Hospitaaldreef 5 location will move to a new building in Almere. This will happen at the earliest in 2025. It is not yet known whether Stadhuisstraat 18 will also be completely transferred to this new location. This depends on the influx of new students.
