Description

The municipality wishes to contract a professional party that provides the employees and visitors of the municipality with a (hot) drink of good quality, by means of professional, clean and daily available vending machines. The contractor will supply these vending machines on a lease basis, and will provide them on a full-operation basis, i.e. including maintenance up to three times a week and troubleshooting.
The purpose of the tender is to enter into an agreement with 1 contractor(s) for hot beverage vending machines. The contract concerns the supply and installation of hot beverage vending machines, the filling and maintenance of the hot beverage vending machines, and the supply of the necessary ingredients at various locations in the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. The supply of bio-based cups is also part of the contract.
