This restricted competition for project management on the basis of a sketch consists of the construction of a shared facility, allowing to meet both school and extra-curricular uses (A.L.S.H.) and including a dining area, a sports area on the roof and requiring external developments (playgrounds, roadway, forecourt, soft paths). The objective is to build a positive energy building (Level E4c1 of the E+C- label), using a maximum of bio- and geosourced materials (level 1 of the bio-sourced building label) and following a high environmental quality approach
