Description
The hotel owners are looking for a team to deliver the full architectural design process for a new city centre hotel. This means from initial design sketch to the final delivery of the project.
The team should have skills in:
- architecture
- engineering, namely stability and building engineering services
- acoustics
- safety and health coordination
The works include:
- a hotel extension of 5130m² , with a convention room (600m²) and approximately 150 hotel rooms
- a retail space 800m²
- a bar and panoramic terrace on the roof (350m²), with a public lift
Submit your proposal to the Department for International Trade team in Belgium.
