Description
You must be a company that provides architecture, urban planning and master planning services.
You should be able to:
- review the existing master plan
- prepare an alternative draft master plan
- produce visuals, walkthroughs and 3D graphics
- carry out infrastructure assessments
- provide detailed drawings and designs
- carry out project monitoring, supervision and quality control
The project covers an area of approximately 372 hectares.
You must have:
- at least 10 years operational experience
- successfully completed at least one area-based development project (minimum 162 hectares)
