Description

The town of Les Sables-d'Olonne, as concessionaire, is launching a procedure for the award of the operation of the S to V sub-concessions of the Tanchet beach in the form of a service concession following a public service delegation procedure. Three lots concern bar, catering and take-away activities and one lot concerns a beach club activity with rental of tents and deckchairs. The operating agreements will be concluded from the date of signature, tentatively in April 2021, until 31.12.2027.
Cold and or hot catering business with or without table service, with or without takeaway sales on a surface area of 72 m2. The annual operating period is authorised from 1 April to 1 October. Tent and deckchair hire business and beach club organising activities for children on a surface area of 390 m2. The annual operating period is from 1 April to 1 October. Cold and/or hot food business with or without table service, with or without takeaway sales on a surface area of 72m2. The annual operating period is authorised from 1 April to 1 October. Cold and/or hot food business with or without table service with or without takeaway sales over an area of 72 m2. The duration of exploitation is authorized from April 1st to October 1st.
