Description
EWE Aktiengesellschaft set up a unit-linked direct commitment for its newly hired employees in 2009. As part of the implementation, the management of virtual employee accounts is outsourced to a bAV administrator. The assets shall be secured against insolvency by EWE Treuhandverein e. V.. Currently, 3,000 employees from various Group companies participate in this scheme.
