Description
You should be able to construct the monorail in 2 phases.
Phase 1 is 15.5 km between Kadhimiya and Sadir City passing through Shaab area, 12 stations along the Tigris river.
Phase 2 is 4.45km between the International Station and Utaifiya with 2 stations.
The project purpose is to relieve traffic jams and improve transport services over 5 years.
The planning has been prepared by French Alstom Company.
