Execution of As-built Documentation;3.5. After the completion of the order, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide warranty service and technical support for a period not shorter than 36 months (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol.3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Attachment No. 9 to the ToR.4. The Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent solutions in accordance with the information contained in the description of the subject of the contract (ToR) - Attachment No. 9 to the ToR. Moreover, if in any place of the ToR and its annexes, when describing the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority referred to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that also in this respect it allows for solutions equivalent to those described herein and it is assumed that such reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
