This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; The solicitation number for this procurement is W912JC-19-Q-5001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA.
The NAICS is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750 Employees. This acquisition shall be available as a total small business set aside.
Period of Performance: 30 Days

52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Technical Solution and Past Performance.
Quotes must include a technical proposal indicating how you intend to meet the requirements in the SOW. This proposal is to include, but not limited to: specification sheets, drawings, or any pertinent information that will allow the government to evaluate the item/s you have proposed. Quotes received that do not have adequate proposal will not be considered for award. In order to assist in your past performance evaluation, please provide a minimum of two previous government/commercial contracts that you were awarded in which you provided a Briefing/Media Wall Solution

A site visit is scheduled for 19 June 2019 at 1:00 P.M. CST. All contractor's interested in attending the site visit should contact MSgt Brent Geschwentner at brent.e.geschwentner.mil@mail.mil or 316-759-7590 NLT 17 June 2019. A designated off base location will be the established, as a meeting point, for all contractors and transportation will be provided upon request.
All questions are due by 24 June 2019, 10:00 AM CST to MSgt Brent Geschwentner at brent.e.geschwentner.mil@mail.mil.
All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Information concerning SAM requirements may be viewed via https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ or by calling the Federal Service Help Desk at 1-866-606-8220
Quotes shall be provided on the attached bid sheet, signed, dated and submitted by 27 June 2019, 1:00 PM CST to both point of contacts listed below. The Offeror is responsible for ensuring the quote is received by the Government by the due date and time specified above. Failure to send quotes to both POCs or verify receipt of the quote may result in not being considered for award
