Dear Sirs,
for this year's Modular Festival we would like to add you to our bidding catalogue.
It should be noted that each category in the bill of quantities must be entered individually in a tender and the items must be listed as shown in the bill of quantities.

The required contents of the categories can be found in the service specifications, which will be sent to you if you are interested.
Tenders must be submitted by 4 February 2020 at 12.00 noon by messenger or by post to the address indicated.

Bids received later than this cannot be considered and count as rejection.
The most economical offer is awarded the contract.

The following evaluation criteria are used to determine the most economical tender:
It should be mentioned that the price has the highest weighting.

-10,000 per show day

Visitor capacity:

-main stage 8.500 visitors at the same time

- side stage 3,000 visitors at the same time

- DJ stage 1,500 visitors at the same time

- Singersongwriter stage 1.500 visitors at the same time
