Description

This batch 1 concerns "technical" audits, which will concern the technical management of projects (process management, optimisation of resources, cost control, respect of deadlines, risk and criticality management, control of the execution of works), financial and contractual audits, carried out by TELT, of works contracts and/or engineering services (in particular the link between project management and project management, control of the execution of works contracts by the project management) of one or more operational sites.Audit services may involve:- site visits on site,- analysis of TELT's technical documents, prime contractors and companies holding works contracts,- examination of contractual acts (service orders, purchase orders, advances, payments on account, accounts, transactions, final payments),- control of TELT's internal acts (compliance with procedures for monitoring contract performance, traceability of decisions, acceptance forms), and compliance with the roles and missions established in TELT's internal organisation,- control of contract performance,- control of the application of penalties, claims management or amicable dispute resolution,- control of the management and monitoring of construction schedules,- control of the financial monitoring of works contracts,- control and management of subcontracting contracts. This batch 2 covers audits concerning the organisation and functioning of the company, IT systems and security, the financial field (activities related to finance, management control, balance sheets, accounting, accounting, taxation and insurance), and compliance (for activities subject to French and/or Italian law), and may also include missions for fraud detection ("fraud audit").
