Description

The project consists of providing equipment, training 2 system and network administrators on the administration of the solution, and presenting the functionalities and use of the solution to all CCI France employees. This project also consists of the implementation and maintenance of the solution for the entire duration of the contract. It will be necessary to complete the equipment of all the rooms, to propose logistical solutions allowing the best possible quality rendering (image and sound). The present contract consists of equipping:- 8 meeting rooms with videoconferencing and audio-visual equipment,- 2 rooms (101 and 102 - proceedings room) according to the description indicated in Article 3.1 of the CCTP,- 1 room (104) to equip (capture and amplification) the 12th room (103), not mentioned above, must be equipped with the equipment already in CCI France's possession and installed in room 102. rooms 101, 102, 103, 104 and 106 have furniture (meeting tables) designed to be as flexible as possible (folding, rolling and electric tables). The installation and arrangement of the equipment set up by the service provider must not hinder or prevent this modularity. Materials fixed to the walls or ceiling are thus to be preferred in these rooms.
