Description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide assistance for the operation of the social ministries' audiovisual equipment, namely the operation of fixed audiovisual equipment, control room, press room, the implementation of mobile audiovisual equipment, camera, mobile control room, webconference/seminar systems, the implementation of video recording resources and external/internal video editing. The Framework Agreement is awarded through an open tender procedure. The Framework Agreement is executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum of 2,000,000 euros (excluding VAT) over its overall duration, including any renewal. The estimated amount of this contract is 1,420,000.00 euro(s) exclusive of tax, all renewals included. This amount is given for information purposes only; it is not binding on the purchaser
