Description

Services of the object planning for the roof renovation of the school centre Ostheim. The existing flat roof areas (warm roof) of the school building, built in 1974, are to be completely demolished/disassembled, including disposal, except for the load-bearing substructure (concrete ceiling). With the exception of an easily removable mineral fibre layer (pollutant class 1b), no harmful substances are present. The new roof structure is to be redesigned as a warm roof, as well as a green roof with extensive roof greening in combination with the elevation for photovoltaic solar module elements. The school centre, built in 1974, consists of polygonal 1 to 4-storey building parts, which are connected to each other as a complete building. The roof areas amount to a total of approx. 10 760 square metres, distributed over the 1 to 4-storey building parts, with the corresponding wall connections to the respective ascending floor (see aerial photos 1 and 2).The required services comprise services of the object planning building according to §34 HOAI 2013, according to the scope of services of the work phases according to §§34 ff HOAI 2013, from the work phase 1- basic evaluation, work phase 2- preliminary planning, 3 draft planning, 5- execution planning, 6- preparation of the contract award, partly 7- participation in the award of contract, work phase 8- object supervision - construction supervision, as well as work phase 9-documentation and special services.It is intended to award the services in stages, initially up to and including performance phase 3. There is no legal entitlement to further commissioning.The measure will be carried out while the school is in operation.For further information on the project and supplementary information on the scope of services provided by the contractor, see Annexes 1 and VI.3.The descriptions of the services in accordance with Annex 1 of this contract notice must be observed. With regard to the scope of services, reference is also made to Annex 3 (draft contract) of the tender documents.
