Description

The 3-field sports hall of the Realschule Plus in Lambrecht, built in 1975, serves as a school sports hall and is also used for sports events by clubs and municipalities of the association community. Since the hall is equipped with a movable 5-row telescopic grandstand, larger cultural events of the municipality also take place here. The flat roof of the outbuilding, the ventilation and heating system, the corridors and the shower, washing and changing rooms in the hall are in very poor condition. The roof has only minimal thermal insulation, parts of the ventilation system are no longer functional and the energy consumption is disproportionately high compared to today's standards. Lot-by-lot tender: The tender for the planning and construction supervision services will be carried out in 4 lots: Lot 1 Building planning services, Lot 2 HLS technical equipment, Lot 3 Electrical technical equipment and Lot 4 Structural planning services. The subject of this invitation to tender is Lot 1 - Building planning services.Partial agreement on regulations of HOAI 2013The contracting authority is guided by the regulations of § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2013 with regard to the content and sequence of the services to be rendered as well as the share of the respective service phases in the total fee. The regulations on minimum and maximum rates are not referred to. Estimated net construction costs within the meaning of DIN 276:- KG 300 - Building constructions: approx. 1 557 000 EUR, - KG 410 - Sewage, water and gas systems: approx. 197 600 600 EUR, - KG 420 - Heat supply systems: approx. 104 500 500 EUR, - KG 430 - Air-conditioning systems: approx. 212 400 400 EUR, - KG 440 - Power supply systems: approx. 194 600 600 EUR, - KG 450 - Telecommunications systems: approx. 30 400.00 EUR.Commissioning by stages: Because of the funding conditions, a commissioning by stages is necessary:- Service stage 1: Planning services from the basic determination to the draft planning (service phases 1-3),- Service stage 2: Approval planning (service phase 4),- Service stage 3: the service phases based on this up to service phase 9.
