Award of the service contract for project management for the construction of the FFR XIII training centre in the municipality of Alzonne after implementation of an advertising and competitive tendering procedure through an open invitation to tender The contract holder will carry out its project management mission from the ACT stage to the AOR stage.The total area to be built is estimated at 36 453,89 m2:- Zone 1, known as the 'Building site', consisting of a synthetic rugby pitch, a gymnasium, changing rooms, a spa area and a building consisting of a dining hall and a multipurpose hall: 28 156,59 m2;- Zone 2, known as the 'Residential leisure park', consisting of 13 chalets: 8 297,30 m2.Finally, the FFR XIII would like the training centre to be built according to an industrialized method, which is expected to last a maximum of 14 months.
The missions entrusted to the contract holder exclude any design and geotechnical studies. They will cover the following aspects of project management:- ACT: assistance to the contracting authority for the award of the works contract;- EXE: execution studies or examination of conformity with the project and approval of those carried out by the contractor;- DET: management of the execution of the works contract;- OPC: scheduling, control and coordination of the works;- AOR: assistance to the contracting authority during acceptance operations and during the period of the guarantee of completion.The construction programme consists of the following elements:- a rugby pitch;- changing rooms;- a gymnasium suitable for wheelchair sports;- a relaxation area;- fitness areas (weight training, treatments, etc.);- reception chalets.These structures will be built in two zones, on a land area of 39,069 m2.
