Description

The new construction of a 2-field gymnasium with multi-storey car park is planned in Aschersleben. The quarter, also called Juckenackscher Hof, is framed by Karlstraße in the north, Luisenpromenade in the east, Vor dem Steintor street in the south and Hinter der Salpeterhütte street in the west. The available area for the new building is approximately 4,000 square meters. A gymnasium with several functions is to be planned on the site. In addition to safeguarding school sports, possibilities for club and recreational sports are to be created. A further use of the premises for festivities with catering is also desirable, although optional. Under the area for the future gymnasium were basement rooms, this is to be considered in the planning. It is conceivable that underground parking or functional spaces for the gymnasium could be accommodated in this location. The creation of rooms for the historical archive should be included in the planning and are also conceivable in the basement of the gymnasium. Neighbouring buildings (Vor dem Steintor) can be included in the planning. In the courtyard area of the quarter, which is to be regarded as an open space, additional parking spaces are to be provided, taking into account noise protection and greenery measures. The aim is to accommodate a maximum number of parking spaces, but without any deterioration of the quality of stay. This is also possible with the construction of a combination of multi-storey car park and underground car park. The new construction of the gymnasium and the multi-storey car park should be in line with the redevelopment objectives and in the historical context of the neighbourhood development. In the planning and execution of the building measure, the client is particularly concerned with a concept in terms of climate protection and sustainability of the building. On the basis of § 14 para. 3 VgV in conjunction with § 17 para. 1 VgV, the award procedure for the planning services to be awarded here will be a negotiated procedure with a call for tenders including the preparation of a solution proposal in accordance with § 76 para. 2 VgV.
Building design work phases 1 to 5 in accordance with Section 34 of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) The services to be provided are to be basic services for the individual work phases in accordance with Annex 10 (to Section 34, Paragraph 1, Section 35, Paragraph 6) of the HOAI. A detailed description of the services to be provided can be found in the attached sample contract. It is intended to commission the services in stages:- Stage 1: Service phases 1-4,- Stage 2: Service phase 5.Since basic services of the service phases 1 and 2 are already provided in the solution proposal, the share of these services will be reduced to the following percentage for the services tendered here:Service phase 1: 1 %Service phase 2: 5 %Special services:- Assistance in the preparation of documents for subsidised construction measures (Z-Bau) in accordance with the subsidy guidelines of the subsidy programme,- Possible telephone arrangements with the Saxony-Anhalt State Construction and Property Management Agency (BLSA).
