Description
At the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, a move of residents out of the institution will allow the city to hopefully empty a first part of the pavilions. The pavilion area is composed of 8 living units, each with 10 residents (at home) plus educational and medical staff. Each pavilion has a living room (main living area), bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a small terrace, all of which are composed of 8 living quarters for the disabled. Given the state of the buildings, the renovation will be profound and will affect all the techniques, interior and exterior joinery, floors, walls, ceilings, roof, exterior spaces... There will be a reorganization of spaces since our subsidizing power (AViQ) requires that households evolve towards living groups with single rooms. As the buildings are built on accessible ventilated voids (average height 1 m 70), the processing of techniques is facilitated. the insulation of the façades must comply with current PEB and UREBA standards. it is mandatory to comply with PMR standards. note that the architectural office whose bid has been chosen will also be responsible for the public works contract (drafting of special specifications (administrative and technical parts), prospecting, visit management, bid analysis, drafting of the analysis report and award proposal).
