1) Information on the construction projectThe BMEL intends to present a new trade fair stand concept from September 2020 at the domestic trade fairs it attends, focusing on food and agriculture. For this, architectural services and media planning are to be commissioned for a total of 4 years (until the end of 2024), which will involve drafting the design, drawing up specifications and the design manual. These services are awarded by the BMEL with the support of the BBR by means of a negotiated procedure with participant competition in accordance with § 17 VgV. In addition to a modern, invitingly open, image-strong stand architecture with the areas of information, exhibition, lounge and logistics, a special focus of the planning will be an innovative, technically trade fair-suited concept for the use of electronic media to convey the messages (and invite visitors to interact with them) of the respective stand theme.The planner(s) prepare the work for execution, which leads to a call for tenders for the stand construction services.The entire fund (including the media technology) will be put out to tender over a construction size of 250 m2, which (stored by the stand constructor) will then be planned and used over a period of 4 years with 4-5 trade fair assignments per year in different stand formats (50 m2 to 250 m2 as a block stand or head stand) and with different content heavy sections over a period of 4 years. The first "trial" event with 50 m2 will be the ZLF in Munich in September 2020. The first full-scale deployment with 250 m2 of the entire fundus will be at EuroTier in November 2020 in Hanover - project costs (net) for KG 200-700 in accordance with DIN 276 : 625 000 EUR, - project duration: approx. 54 months.2) Subject of the contract - object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, LPH 1-8 as well as special services for media technology and follow-up events will be invoiced on the basis of the calculation method for calculating fees for AMP projects. However, there is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all benefits.
