Description
Object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 34 Buildings and interiors, LPH 1-9 Gradual commissioning: RBB performance levels 1-5, HOAI LP 1-9: The customer reserves the right to assign only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned performance specifications in accordance with the attached specific performance obligations of Annex 6. The planning services according to HOAI are awarded in stages. The first stage comprises the work phases 1 to 4 - fee zone: IV concert building, multi-purpose hall, conversion surcharge: according to bidder's offer, incidental costs: according to bidder's offer, special services: according to Annex 6 performance obligations, remuneration flat rate according to bidder's offer.
