New construction of approx. 84 residential units with day nursery, underground car parks in subsidised and privately financed residential construction, as well as a property management in Munich Moosach, 1st copy, property planning paragraphs 33ff HOAI Lph. 2-5Information on the project: Approx. 84 residential units are to be constructed in the first construction phase on the property Munich-Moosach, Karlinger-, Bauberger-, Gubestr. These consist of approx. 75 % subsidised housing construction (EOF) and 25 % KomPro B-supported apartments. In addition, a GWG property management, a neighbourhood meeting place, a kindergarten and underground parking spaces are to be planned and built. At the moment there is an agreement with the municipal utilities whether the area can be connected to the municipal district heating network. For the planned new building the object planning according to § 33 HOAI, LPh. 2-5 is put out to tender. The apartments are distributed over 5 to 6 full storeys.
