1) Details of the construction measure- general description:In Berlin Wedding, the 2nd construction phase for the centralization of the Robert Koch Institute is to be realized with the construction of House 7 as a new laboratory building on Seestr. 10 and House 4 as a new building or conversion measure on the north bank,- Client / User: Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Bau und Heimat, represented by the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning, Str. of 17 June 112, 10623 Berlin,- Building use: office and laboratory building,- Type of construction: new laboratory building and office building as new construction or conversion,- BGF/BRI: approx. 27,000/about 100,000.- Project costs (net) for KG 200-600 in accordance with DIN 276: (also the KG of the service areas to be attributed) approx. 130 million EUR,- Project duration: approx. 10 years,- Duration of this contract approx. 4-6 months.2) Subject of the contractObject planning, structural design and technical equipment with plant groups 1-8 - Scope of work: Feasibility study (basic evaluation and preliminary planning) and preparatory work for the decision document for construction (ES construction),- Start/end of service provision: 01/2020-06/2020. A step-by-step award of contract is planned. However, there is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all benefits.
