The subject matter of the contract is to prepare multi-discipline design documentation for the task entitled "Adaptation to fire safety requirements of the building No. 34 at Włocławska Street 239 in Toruń'2. Guidelines for the implementation of the subject of the contract;- the scope of the design documentation includes protection against smoking of corridors with a length exceeding 50 m, constituting an escape route, pursuant to § 243 section 1. Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1065) and other security measures resulting from the provision of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service issued by the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service - mark MZ.5580.76.3.2015 of 4 September 2015, - adjustment to fire regulations shall be carried out in accordance with the Decision of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service MR 5580-74/3/08 of 28 April 2008 and the Decision of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service MZ.5580.76.3.2015 of 4 September 2015. within the scope of design works it is necessary to provide also participation in meetings of the nature of a speaker and to make a multimedia presentation of the prepared studies, - for all designed works it is necessary to use materials of the standard appropriate for this type of objects. List of studies included in the subject matter of the contract: 1) multi-discipline construction design containing all elements of the executive design and information concerning safety and health protection (if required),2) technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works (all industries) + electronic version (pdf format + editable version),3) workmiar + electronic version (pdf format and ath),4) investor's cost estimate - electronic version (pdf format and ath),5) collective list of all investment costs ("ZZK"), including the resulting m.6) other studies necessary to fulfil all assumed functions and obtain the construction permit/ or, if the construction permit is not required, to notify the intention to commence the construction works, 7) design documentation also in electronic form in pdf, doc, dwg format (AutoCAD 2008).The subject matter of the contract also includes: 1) preparation of a system map on a scale of 1 :500 for design purposes,2) provision of a map of the register of the area covered by the planned investment along with an extract from the register of land,3) preparation of documents for the Contracting Authority to apply for the required administrative decisions, including, but not limited to decision on the building permit/ or, if the building permit is not required - to submit the intention to commence construction works and other applications required for the design and execution of the project [relevant complete applications prepared by the Contractor with required attachments to the Contracting Authority's signature],4) transfer of economic copyrights to the project documentation to the Contracting Authority within the scope of the contract, according to the rules described in § of template 8 of the contract.5The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the rules of modern technical knowledge, regulations, technical specifications and standards in force in this respect, based on a visual inspection of the investment area, the offer accepted by the Contracting Authority and the model contract. "2. The period of design documentation includes protection against smoking of corridors with a length exceeding 50 m, constituting an evacuation route, - adaptation of the length of the evacuation route in the dormitory building to the requirements in § 256 section 3. Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1065), - adaptation to fire regulations should be carried out in accordance with Decisions of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service: MR 5581-24/3/08 of 08 July 2008 and MR-5580-59/3/08 of 21 April 2008. within the scope of design works it is necessary to provide also participation in meetings of the nature of a speaker and to make a multimedia presentation of the prepared studies, - for all designed works it is necessary to use materials of the standard appropriate for this type of objects.
