Description

Verification of cadastral data in order to prepare building files (§ 26 section 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of 29.3.2001 on the land and building register) of residential buildings No. 4 with inventory No. 1 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of 29.3.2001 on the land and building register). 110 9/3/+5 and 8 with inventory no. 9/10/+2 and non-residential buildings /household assistant/ inventory no. 108/115AZ and 108/1136AZ, located within Rosnowo Szreniawa, Komorniki commune, district of Poznań, area of 1.0962 ha, registered in the Land Register PO2P/000113106/9 run by the District Court in Poznań. Geodetic division of developed land property located and marked as: Obręb: Nowa Święta in Złotów municipality, pow. złotowski, wielkopolskie voivodship, - dz. nr 280/4 o pow. 0.1054 ha (division according to the outlined proposal into 2 plots), on the gable wall of an additional building constituting a foreign investment for the purpose of sale pursuant to art. 231kc.KW PO1Z/00013937/2Requirements:1. The division project should be submitted to KOWR OT in Poznań, Zamiejscowa Section in Piła.2, before being taken out into the field.The borders of newly created plots of land should be presented to the representative of the National Centre for Agricultural Support in the area, fixed with stones marked with bright colours and wooden stakes painted with bright colours, visible from afar.3 The demarcation proceedings should be taken into account when dividing the plots of land.4 In agreement with the competent district office and the land and mortgage register court, the documents necessary to disclose the division in the land and mortgage register should be prepared. Re. a) Legal status of the following land plots: 1) Lechlin precinct, the municipality of Lechlin Jumping land plot no. 104/5 (Land and Mortgage Register no. Lechlinek Tom I card 11 - registered natural person),The scope of geodetic and legal documentation for the above land plot includes: - determination of the name of the last owner before 1.9.1939 and subsequent until 1992. The examination should be accompanied by photocopies of the documents from which it results; - a statement of the legal basis and date of acquisition of the real estate for the benefit of the State Treasury, including a letter in the event of acquisition of the real estate pursuant to Art. 2.1.1. If it is found that a plot of land is recorded in more than one Land and Mortgage Register, a mortgage division should be carried out.Ad b) the scope of geodetic and legal documentation for the following plot of land includes: 1) the Lechlin precinct, the municipality of Lechlin, the Jumping of the plot of land plot No. ewid.ewid.pl, the municipality of Lechlin, the Jumping of the plot of land./5 (KW No. Lechlinek Tom I card 11 - registered natural person).The Contractor should provide the Ordering Party with documents necessary to disclose the plot in the Land and Mortgage Register in section I-O of the Land and Mortgage Register, or to establish a new Land and Mortgage Register and enter the plot in section I-O of the Land and Mortgage Register, with a clause that they are intended for making entries in the Land and Mortgage Register (such a document may include extracts from the Land and Mortgage Register, extracts from the Land and Mortgage Register together with an extract from the cadastral map) and extract from the land and Mortgage Register constituting a settlement of the entire Land and Mortgage Register for the Land and Mortgage Register in which the above mentioned register is entered. a plot of land (with a clause of the District Starosty in Wągrowiec: "If it is found that the above mentioned plot of land is entered in various land and mortgage registers, a mortgage division should be carried out and the documents described above should be provided also for the plots resulting from this division entered in other land and mortgage registers.The Contractor should obtain extracts and drawings from the land register for each plot of land separately with the clause that they are intended for entry in the land and mortgage register. All works should be conducted in consultation with the District Surveying Centre in Wągrowiec and the District Court in Wągrowiec. All documents should be submitted to the Ordering Party with the remark that they are intended for entry in the land and mortgage register - the documents referred to above confirmed by the County Governor will be the basis for payment of remuneration for the service rendered.
