Description
- replacement of all external joinery;- restoration of the wooden structural elements;- reconfiguration of the entrance hall on the upper ground floor;- renovation and upgrading of the electrical installation and in particular the lighting, including the installation or creation of false ceilings;- modification of the heating distribution circuits;- restoration of the building's interior paintwork;- acoustic treatment of the spaces, in particular the gymnasium;- making the building accessible and creation of a lift;- renovation and various other repairs.
The project management contract is handled under the procedure with negotiation in application of R. 2161-12 to 20 and R. 2172-2 and 2172-2-1 of the public procurement code.
