Description

The contractor is obliged: 1) perform the executive and design documentation; 2) obtain appropriate administrative decisions allowing for commencing construction works; 3) exercise author's supervision over the investment executed on the basis of the documentation. The description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix no. 1 to the contract (Appendix no. 9 to the ToR - Model contract). Author's supervision will be exercised from the commencement of works until the final day of works acceptance. Local inspection of the site It is recommended that the contractor conducts a local inspection of building No. 14 and its surroundings, and obtain, at his own responsibility and risk, any additional information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer and conclusion of the agreement and the execution of the contract. The performance of an on-site inspection will be possible after prior appointment in writing (by e-mail to w.czyzewski@akademia.mil.pl) with an employee of the Contracting Authority. The costs of making the local inspection of the construction site shall be borne by the Contractor.
The studies must comply with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2.09.2004 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program and the Ordinance of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 2.12.2015 on the reconciliation of the construction project in terms of fire protection they include: 1) construction design with the necessary arrangements, developed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7.071994 Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12.04.2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location and meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25.04.2012. on the detailed scope and form of the construction project, containing the data specified in § 5.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 2.12.2015 on agreeing the construction project in terms of fire protection - in the number of 5 copies; 2)executive designs in the scope and form referred to in § 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 September 2004. on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program - in the number of 5 copies of each executive project supplementing and specifying the construction project; 3)technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which should be understood as a study containing, in particular, the sets of requirements which are necessary to determine the standard and quality of execution of works, in terms of the method of execution of construction works, properties of construction products and the assessment of the correctness of execution of individual works. The specifications must take into account the requirements set out in § 12, 13 and 14 of the regulation referred to in item 1. 4) the sub-dimensions of works, which should be understood as studies containing a summary of basic works expected to be executed in the technological order of their execution, together with their detailed description and indication of appropriate technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the construction works, with the calculation and comparison of the number of sub-dimensional units of basic works. The forecasted works must take into account the requirements set out in § 6 to 10 of the regulation referred to in item 6. 5) investor's cost estimate prepared in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 18 May 2004 on the determination of methods and bases for preparation of the investor's cost estimate, calculation of planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional-utility program, - in the number of 4 copies + 1 copy. 6) Information concerning safety and health protection (BIOZ) (in cases when its development is required under separate regulations), which will be the basis for the development of the BIOZ project, prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on information concerning safety and health protection and the safety and health plan - in the number of 4 copies;7) Scenario of the development of events during a fire referred to in § 5 section 5, paragraph 2, of the Act on the development of the BIOZ project. 1 item 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 16.06.2003 on the reconciliation of the construction design in terms of fire protection 8) the material and financial schedule of the work - in the number of 2 copies; 9) the cost statement of the task - in the number of 2 copies; 10) a scan of the construction design as an annex to the building permit or notification - in the electronic form PDF.
