Description

The missions concern site study and monitoring missions applying to maintenance work, small and large maintenance to be carried out on CAPI's assets according to the content specified per mission element. The services may cover operations of various sizes and types. Candidates must be equipped with the necessary skills from the completion of studies to the follow-up of the work. The skills required are: - Multidisciplinary BET,- Structural BET (steel concrete wood, metal),- BET VRD and green spaces,- Secondary BET,- Fluid BET,- Construction economist,- Ergonomics related to working conditions and interior design,- OPC, - Acoustic BET. The missions concern studies and monitoring of work on summer and winter thermal energy, energy savings on the built heritage. This type of site can be accompanied by some related work, the majority of which is related to: energy/HVAC/fluid/air and water quality. Candidates must be equipped with the necessary skills from the completion of studies to the follow-up of the work. The required skills are: - BET site supervision,- Thermal BET,- Fluid BET (summer comfort, winter comfort, air and water quality, high and low voltage),- OPC.
