Description

The scope of the contract includes1) preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with the design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of a given building in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for preparing design and cost estimate documentation for individual buildings;2) obtaining and forwarding to the Contracting Authority the decision of the Architecture and Construction Department of the Wrocław City Hall on the building permit and confirmation of submission of an application to the Architecture and Construction Department of the Wrocław City Hall for a certificate that the decision has become final for individual buildings / obtaining and forwarding to the Contracting Authority a certificate of no objection to the intention to carry out construction works; 3) exercising author's supervision in the course of the construction works covered by the developed documentation.
1. 1. The design and costing documentation for each building should contain at least the following information for the Contracting Authority:1) building inventory;2) energy efficiency audit;3) multi-industry construction design;4) multi-industry executive designs;5) works' measurements;6) investor's cost estimates;7) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works;8) decision on the building permit together with the confirmation that the decision has become final from the Architecture and Construction Department of the Wrocław City Hall / certificate of no objection to the intention to execute construction works.Note: During the execution of the subject of the agreement, it may be necessary to make additional studies related to obtaining deviations from the applicable technical conditions and performing works in the archaeological protection zone and on real estate under permanent management of other entities (e.g. the City of Wrocław). Deadline for the execution of the contract:1) prepare and provide the design and costing documentation and obtain and provide the Contracting Authority with the building permit decision together with the confirmation of submission of the application for a certificate that the decision has become final from the Architecture and Construction Department of the Wrocław City Hall / certificate of no objection to the intention to execute the works - within 9 months from the date of concluding the contract;2) author's supervision over the execution of construction works covered by the developed design and costing documentation - for the duration of the execution of the construction works, however, not longer than for a period of 60 months counted from the date of obtaining the final decision of the building permit / certificate of not raising an objection to the intention to execute the construction works.
