Description

The subject of the contract consists of two partial tasks:1) Task No. 1 - developing, on the basis of the functional-utility program (PF-U), a complete design documentation for the reconstruction and construction of the network of utility services for the area of the barracks complex of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn at 3 Pstrowskiego Street on plot No. 46, Oblast 69, and performing author's supervision during the execution of the designed construction works (basic order, guaranteed). The design documentation will also be used to conduct a public procurement procedure in order to select a Contractor for the designed works.2) Task No. 2 - developing on the basis of the functional and utility program (PF-U) a complete design documentation for the construction of a multifunctional police training shooting range in Olsztyn on the premises of the barracks complex KWP in Olsztyn at 3 Pstrowskiego Street on the plot of land No. 46, Oblast 69 and exercising author's supervision during the construction of the designed object (option).
The subject of the contract consists of two partial tasks:
1) Task No. 1 - developing, on the basis of the functional-utility program (PF-U), a complete design documentation for reconstruction and construction of utility networks for the area of the barracks complex of the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Olsztyn at 3 Pstrowskiego Street on plot No. 46, Oblast 69 and exercising author's supervision during the execution of the designed construction works (basic order, guaranteed). The design documentation will also be used to conduct a public procurement procedure in order to select the Contractor for the designed works.
2) Task No. 2 - developing on the basis of the functional-utility program (PF-U) complete design documentation for the construction of a multifunctional police training shooting range in Olsztyn on the area of the barracks complex KWP in Olsztyn at Pstrowskiego 3, plot No. 46, Oblast 69 and exercising author's supervision during the construction of the designed object (option). The subject of the order for task no. 2 includes development of complete design documentation together with equipment and technology (including shooting range, archive, office rooms, etc.). The design documentation will also be used to carry out the public procurement procedure in order to select the Contractor for the construction of the shooting range facility together with the complete equipment and technology, ready to use.
The described real estate (barracks complex) is located on the area covered by the applicable Local Spatial Development Plan for the area located in Olsztyn between Żołnierska, T. Kościuszki, Niepodległości, W. Pstrowskiego streets together with the road lane of Obiegowa street "Śródmieście-Południe" adopted by the resolution of the Olsztyn City Council No. XLI/712/12 of 25 October 2017.
The entire barracks are entered in the Register of Historical Monuments of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship on the basis of the decision of 26 July 2001, register number A-1907.
4th The decision on the implementation or not of Task No. 2 will be made by the Awarding Entity after the tender procedure has been resolved, but not later than by December 31, 2020, informing the selected Contractor in writing. From the date of receipt of such information by the Contractor, the counting of deadlines for completion of Task No. 2 shall begin. If by 31 December 2020 the option is not activated, it shall expire after that date and the parties to the contract shall not be bound by it.
