The subject matter of the contract is:1. preparation of design documentation for thermomodernization and modernization of buildings: Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Katowice; Municipal Kindergarten No. 27 in Katowice; Primary School No. 21 in Katowice, within the scope of the task "Clean air - Thermomodernisation of educational buildings "2. exercising author's supervision over the execution of construction works within the scope covered by the design documentation, if the orderer obliges the contractor to perform it in writing - the scope of the order covered by the option law.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in: a) detailed description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex 10 to the ToR; b) model contract - Annex 4 to the ToR; constituting an integral part of the ToR.
The subject of the order is to prepare design documentation for thermal modernization and upgrading of the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Katowice at 41 ks. bpa Kubiny Street.1 The material scope of the design documentation should include:a) making an up-to-date map for design purposes,b) making a construction and installation inventory,c) making an expert opinion on the technical condition of the facility,d) preparing an energy audit taking into account the comprehensive thermal modernization of the building,e) developing a construction design and obtaining all opinions and arrangements, decisions and other documents necessary for the proper execution of construction works f) development of the executive design with a division into industrieseg) development of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (with a division into industries),h) development of a subdivision of works with a division into industries and stagesi) development of investor's cost estimates with a division into industries and stagesThe Contractor who will execute the order should be responsible for this:a) prepare design documentation on the basis of current legal regulations, in particular the Acts - Construction Law, Spatial Development Law, Public Procurement Law and executive acts related to these acts.b) obtain a building permit decision in accordance with the Building Law Act of 7 July 1994, (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186, as amended) for the required scope of works,c) obtain all necessary arrangements and decisions required by law, which will allow for a tender procedure for the execution of construction works on the basis of this documentation,d) submit the entire design studies in paper and electronic form (on a CD in DWG, PDF format), including investor's estimates and preliminaries (on a CD in XLS and ATH format).1.2 Copyright supervision over the performance of construction works within the scope covered by the design documentation, if the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to perform it in writing, planning 7 designer's visits on the construction site - the scope of the contract covered by the right of option. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in: a) detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (MP2) - Annex no. 10 to the ToR, b) model contract (MP2) - Annex no. 4 to the ToR, being an integral part of the ToR.
