Implementation stages: Developing an update of the investment program for the task "Construction of the Branch of the Polish Army Museum in Ossów", hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract. 2nd Stage I - Development of the Construction Project(s) in all non-dental branches based on the documents being the basis for the implementation of the task, in particular PI and PFU with an annex to the PFU.3 Stage II - Development of the Executive Project(s) in all necessary branches based on the approved building permit or effective notification of works construction project and the Investment Program. 4 Carrying out author's supervision. 1)The analysis of the investment program is to include: a) Determination of compliance of the received PI with the Decision No. 202/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 24 June 2016 on the principles of development and implementation of central material plans b) Determination of compliance of the material scope of PI with the content of the PFU and the annex to the PFU c) Preparation of a report in 3 copies. d) Analysis of administrative documents held by the Ordering Party in terms of compliance with applicable legal regulations and the possibility of their use in the investment process e) The Investor informs that he has decisions on locating public purpose investments, water and legal permit for river regulation. f) If it is necessary to update or change the aforementioned decisions, and also if it is necessary to obtain other necessary administrative decisions enabling the launch of the design process, the Economic Operator shall perform the above within the subject matter of the agreement at this stage. 2) PI update is to include: a) Introduction to PI content (form of introduction - annex to PI) of the elements described in the report on the analysis of source documents.b) Conducting an analysis of the material scope in terms of the possibility of multi-stage implementation allowing for the execution of works independently of administrative documents - e.g. building permits. It is permissible to divide the material scope in such a way that the implementation is carried out independently of administrative decisions obtained.c) Obtaining PI agreements with an annex to the PI by bodies authorised to do so, i.e. the Director of the Department of Culture and National Heritage Education and the Head of the Capital Management Board of Infrastructure, the Delegation of Military Fire Protection in Warsaw, the Military Centre of Preventive Medicine in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.d) Obtaining the PI approval and the annex to the PI by the Director of the Polish Army Museum.e) The annex to the PI should be prepared in 3 copies and additionally in an editable version (CD or DVD).2. Stage I: Executed after the approval of the update of the Investment Programme on the basis of a contract for the development of construction and executive designs and obtaining a building permit. 1) The development of a construction design is to include: a) the development of construction designs according to specifications: Construction project in 6 copies. - paper version. Construction project in 2 copies editable version based on AUTOCAD software. b) Within 30 days from the date of their submission, the Investor will analyze the submitted documents and convene a meeting of KOPI, at which a decision on acceptance or non-acceptance of the submitted studies will be made. c) Developed projects, pre-dimensions, cost estimates and specifications for archiving must be prepared according to the guidelines of the Investor, individual volumes of the above studies must be submitted and bound in files with a maximum thickness of 5 cm. 2) Obtaining the necessary administrative decisions is to include: a) Obtaining the necessary technical conditions for the connection of the facility(s) to the power grid by submitting or updating a substitute application for the issuance of connection conditions, which is in the possession of the Investor.
