Description

Construction of a cash complex including a cash printing works with a production capacity of 2.8 billion banknotes per year with 2 printing lines, 6 finishing lines and all other necessary equipment, its cash centre and automated and secure logistics facilities. The new buildings will include: - a cash printing plant (~11,400 m2),- a trust centre (~2,400 m2),- a volume dedicated to the common storage of valuables (~2,300 m2),- maintenance and warehouse spaces (~2,800 m2),- reception, tertiary and support spaces (~3,500 m2),- social spaces and a company restaurant (~1,000 m2).The construction must offer functional, ergonomic and easily maintainable workspaces in all its areas and provide optimal conditions for the reception of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, while the spatial organisation of the production areas must allow fluid and efficient production. The premises will provide the most efficient storage methods and transitics, and a very high level of protection must be provided, in compliance with ambitious performance safety objectives, for people and values both for the building and all its surroundings on the dedicated plot. The design of the building and its environment will implement gradual, risk-based safety levels in accordance with the concept of defence in depth, the building will be delivered fully equipped with commissioning and operation, the project will integrate an environmental approach, a BIM method will be implemented and the share of the financial envelope allocated to the works is estimated at approximately EUR 130 000 000 (value July 2019).This contract is for the following missions for the firm tranche: DIAG (Diagnostic Studies), ESQ (Sketch), APS (Preliminary Summary Project), APD (Preliminary Final Project), AA (Administrative Authorizations, Preliminary Declaration/Construction Permit), Industrial Process Integration Studies (integrated into the ESQ, APS, APD phases) The optional tranches are indicated in Article II.2.11) the contract notice.The project management team will have to present extensive skills, in particular:- architecture,- urban planning,- technical studies of construction all State bodies,- construction economics,- engineering in demolition, asbestos removal and pollution abatement,- industrial process engineering,- engineering and expertise in infra-logistics (stacker cranes, miniload/multi-shuttle, AGV, pallet and parcel handling...),- engineering and expertise in robotization (palletization robot, depalletization, order preparation),- expertise in automation/informatics for the consideration of process automation devices as well as its information system,- expertise in operation and maintenance,- environmental approach specialist (industrial and building),- specialist in the BIM method,- expertise in ergonomics,- expertise in acoustics,- ICS coordination,- specialist in ICPE approach,- building and process work management (OPC),- creation and development of green spaces,- restoration engineering (kitchen designer),- space planning,- engineering and expertise in safety and active safety equipment,- engineering and expertise in safety, in particular ability to propose constructive solutions to meet performance objectives in passive safety.
