Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the service of the Contract Engineer acting as the investor's supervision inspector over the construction works for task no. I: "Puck Railway Station Conversion." 2.The description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "MA", is attached as Annex 2 to To ToR. 3.The scope of the Contractor's obligations has been defined in detail in the model Agreement constituting Appendix 9 to the ToR and in the ToR constituting Appendix 2 to the ToR. 4.The Economic Operator shall be obliged to complete the order according to the terms and conditions specified in the model Agreement - Annex 9 to the ToR, and OPZ - Annex 2 to the ToR. 5.the Awarding Entity does not envisage organizing a vision of local construction works with its participation, however, it is recommended that a Contractor should check the conditions of execution of the contract subject matter in the field in great detail. 6.Pursuant to art. 29 sec. 3a of the PPL Act, the Awarding Entity in the OPZ for services does not specify the requirements of employment by a contractor or sub-contractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons referred to perform the contract and performing the activities indicated by the Awarding Entity within the scope of contract performance. 7.the Awarding Entity does not provide for the award of advance payments for the performance of the contract. 8.The Contractor shall be obliged to perform all activities resulting from the ToR and the Contractor undertakes to comply with the requirements in accordance with the "Procedure concerning health and safety requirements for Contractors and Subcontractors providing services to PKP S.A.". - which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement (in terms of health and safety regulations). 9.A Economic Operator shall indicate in a statement of ONE, constituting Appendix 3 to the ToR, the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of subcontractors (if known at this stage). 10.Estimated value given in Section II.2.6) The value of the notice is the value of the basic contract, including the contracts referred to in Art. 67 par. 1 item 6) of the PPL Act. 11.The Ordering Party has provided for a deposit in the amount: 4 900.00 PLN. (12) The subject of the contract will be carried out in II stages, described in detail in the ToR, ToR and model contract. Maximum implementation period - up to 143 weeks. 13.the term in Section II.2.7 of the notice - the period in days - refers to the time limit for the execution of the subject of the contract and amounts to 1001 days, which is 143 weeks. 14.The Awarding Entity envisages awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6) of the PPL within 3 years from the date of awarding the contract to the existing service contractor as in the basic contract and compliant with its subject matter, and the total value of these contracts was taken into account when calculating its value for each task separately. The sum of the values of those contracts shall not exceed 10 % of the value of the basic contract. 15.The scope and conditions of similar contracts are defined in Chapter VII of the ToR. (12) The subject of the contract will be carried out in II stages, described in detail in the ToR, ToR and model contract. Maximum implementation period - up to 148 weeks. 13.the term in Section II.2.7 of the advertisement - the period in days - refers to the time limit for the execution of the subject of the order and amounts to 1036 days, which is 148 weeks. 14.The Awarding Entity envisages awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6) of the PPL within 3 years from the date of awarding the contract to the current service contractor as in the basic contract and compliant with its subject matter, and the total value of these contracts was taken into account when calculating its value for each task separately.
