Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the service of a contract engineer acting as the investor's supervision inspector over the construction works within the framework of the investment task entitled: "Reconstruction of the Olesno Śląskie railway station".2 The description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constitutes Annex 2 to the ToR.3The scope of the Contractor's obligations has been specified in detail in the model agreement attached as Annex 9 to the ToR and in the ToR attached as Annex 2 to the ToR.4 The Contractor is obliged to complete the order according to the terms and conditions specified in the model agreement - Annex 9 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement", and in the ToR - Annex 2 to the ToR.5The Contracting Authority does not envisage organizing a vision of local construction facilities with its participation, however, it is recommended that the Contractor should check in detail the conditions of performing the subject matter of the contract in the field.6 Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3a of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority in the OPZ for services does not specify the requirements of employment by the Contractor or sub-contractor on the basis of the contract for persons delegated to perform the contract and performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority.7The Ordering Party does not provide for granting advance payments for the execution of the contract.8 The Contractor is obliged to perform all activities resulting from the ToR and the Contractor undertakes to comply with the requirements in accordance with the "procedure concerning health and safety requirements for Contractors and subcontractors providing services to PKP S.A.". - which constitutes attachment No. 6 to the agreement (within the scope of health and safety regulations).9 The subject of the order. will be implemented in 2 stages described in detail in the OPZ, the ToR and the model contract: maximum implementation period - up to 165 weeks. Section II.2.7 of the notice - the period in days refers to the term of execution of the subject of the contract and amounts to 1 155 days, i.e. 165 weeks 10. The Contracting Authority has foreseen the amount of the deposit: The estimated value given in section II.2.6 of the notice is the value of the basic contract, taking into account the contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the PPL.12. The Awarding Entity allows for the possibility of subcontracting part of the contract. The Economic Operator is obliged to indicate in the document JEDZ, constituting al. 3 to the ToR, the parts of the contract whose performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of subcontractors (if known at this stage).13 The Contracting Authority envisages awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the PPL Act within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the current service provider. The sum of the values of those contracts shall not exceed 20 % of the value of the basic contract. The scope of similar orders will include: verification of design and as-built documentation, supervision of works in the following areas: construction works, general construction (including finishing), road, land development, sanitary industry, electrical industry, teletechnical industry, including preparation of necessary opinions, reports, analyses, statements.
