Description
Viken Fylkeskommune [Viken County] will enter into parallel framework agreements for architectural design. The framework agreement includes services from architect, project manager, interior architect and landscape architect.
Viken County needs to strengthen competence and capacity in the areas of architecture, interior architecture and landscape architecture. Therefore, framework agreements covering the contracting authority's need for engineering design and consultancy services within these disciplines will be entered into.Ten parallel framework agreements divided into three regions will be entered into.The framework agreement primarily concerns engineering design of reconstruction, rehabilitation, extensions and additions to Viken County's properties and may also include any new construction. The framework agreement will be used both for individual assignments in one of the disciplines and as needed by the engineering design group where multiple/all disciplines are involved.The contract duration is 2 years. Thereafter, the contracting authority has the right to extend the contract on verbatim terms for up to 2 years (1 year + 1 year).For a detailed description refer to the tender documentation.
