Description

Full name of the procedure: Development of project documentation for realization of connections of new objects to the heating network within the project entitled: Low Emission Elimination Programme in selected cities of the Silesian-Dabrowa Agglomeration. The procedure is aimed at concluding framework agreements. The subject matter of framework agreements are conditions of awarding and executing orders concerning preparation of project documentation for execution of connections of new facilities to the district heating network. Under the framework agreement and according to conditions specified therein, Economic Operators shall execute orders for the Contracting Authority in the following scope: design of construction/ reconstruction of district heating networks, connections, connection modules and heat substations.
The purpose of the tender is to select maximum 20 Economic Operators with whom a framework agreement will be signed. The Economic Operators - according to the provisions of the framework agreement - will be invited to bid for specific contracts, issued depending on the Contracting Authority's needs. The framework agreement will have a total value of PLN 2.000.000,00 net, which will be the limit value, without the possibility to exceed it. The Order shall be executed in the period from the day of concluding the Agreement, however not earlier than from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 or until the amount of PLN 2,000,000 net is exhausted. The proceedings concern a part of the subject matter of the contract for development of design documentation for execution of connections of new facilities to the heating network.
