Description

Development of pre-project documentation, within the framework of the task entitled "Preparation of infrastructure for the Aerial Port of Debarkation at Wrocław Strachowice Airport", meeting the requirements of Articles 29 and 30 of the PPL Act. The subject of the order is also the transfer of author's economic rights - task 21 489. The aim of the order is to prepare the Investment as a whole in terms of architecture, urban planning, functionality, use, technical and operational and cost aspects, including the provision of: - road, rail and air services for Aerial Port of Debarkation, - adapted to the needs of the space and storage buildings, - administrative and barracks facilities.
1) Preparation of pre-project documentation, within the framework of the task entitled "Preparation of infrastructure for Aerial Port of Debarkation at Wrocław Strachowice Airport", meeting the requirements of Articles 29 and 30 of the PPL Act. The subject of the order is also the transfer of author's economic rights - task 21 489.2. The aim of the order is to prepare the Investment as a whole in terms of architecture, urban planning, functionality, use, technical and operational and cost aspects, including the provision of: - road, rail and air services for Aerial Port of Debarkation, - adapted to the needs of the space and warehouse buildings, - administrative and barracks facilities.3The pre-design documentation should contain all the elements necessary for the proper achievement of the material effect, i.e. the realization of the whole investment, in accordance with the law and requirements of the Contracting Authority.4Data concerning the development of the investment area:1) area of the area:a) total area to be developed for KA-U - about 150 ha;b) investment area - about 105 ha;2) buildings:a) existing (modernization / reconstruction) - 7 objects with a total cubic capacity of 66 914 m3 + hangar 1 with a cubic capacity of 47 090 m3;3) roads:a) existing to be modernized (car/technical) - area of about 2, 1150 ha;b) taxiways (new) - area of about 2, 1150 ha;c) taxiways (new) - area of about 3, 1150 ha;d) roads to be modernized (car/technical) - area of about 3, 1150 ha;e) roads to be modernized (car/technical) - area of about 3, 1150 ha;d) taxiways (new) - area of about 3, 1150 ha;e) taxiways (new) - area of about 3, 12 ha;e) taxiways - area of about 4. 8, 1100 ha;c) new (car/technical) - area approx. 17, 1600 ha;4) yards:a) existing (modernization/reconstruction) - area approx. 3, 0100 ha;b) new - area approx. 3, 5500 ha;c) PPS aircraft parking spaces (new) - area approx. 6,0000 ha;5) fences:a) existing ones (modernization/liquidation) - length approx. 2 300 m;b) T-wall/Hesco Bastion (new) - length approx. 1 600 m;c) new internal ones - length approx. 2 500 m;d) new external ones - length approx. 2 900 m.5The Contracting Authority provides for a lump sum settlement of works in accordance with the table of integrated elements and the schedule of preparation of pre-design documentation specified in point VI of OPZ.6. The subject matter of the contract will be executed in stages.7. After obtaining the pre-design documentation by the Contracting Authority, the investment will be executed in the "Design and build" formula.8.
