Open invitation to tender pursuant to Article 60 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 for the award of the final design service related to the construction (demolition and reconstruction) of a new cultural center and redevelopment of open spaces, Municipality of Pero (MI), included in the integrated urban plans project come_in of Città Metropolitana di Milano, PNRR M5C2 INVESTMENT 2.2, with the option of further entrusting the executive design, safety coordination during the design and execution phases, responsibility for the works and construction management, services related to stacking, fire escape and energy certification of the building, financed with the resources provided by the national recovery and resilience plan (cd. PNRR) and/or the national plan for complementary investments to the national recovery and resilience plan (cd. PNC), through Sintel platform of aria s.p.a. CUP: C15E22000130001; CUI: 86502820151202200006.
