Description

The subject matter of the contract is to execute complete design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant "Orzegów", together with obtaining environmental decision and building permit for the task "Reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant "Orzegów" in Ruda Śląska. Order description: The subject matter of the order is the preparation of design documentation and cost estimate for the reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant "Orzegów", together with obtaining an environmental decision and a construction permit.Obtaining a decision on environmental conditions and preparing an environmental impact report, if such a requirement is required by law. 7. Obtaining all opinions, agreements, water-legal acts, legally binding permits and decisions required by the binding law. 8. Preparing construction designs: land development and architectural-construction designs. 9.Obtaining a legally binding and final decision regarding the construction permit.10. Drawing up a technical (detailed) design together with all industry-specific designs taking into account the necessity to rebuild and secure the technical infrastructure colliding with the investment and also taking into account temporary works for the duration of the investment resulting from the necessity of continuous operation of the plant.11. Drawing up technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB).12.In case of collision of the planned works with existing trees, inventory of greenery, preparation of a project for compensatory planting and obtaining a permit for removal of trees or shrubs.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Terms of Reference, available at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/pwik on the page relating to the relevant proceedings.
