Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the service of a contract engineer acting as the investor's supervision inspector over the construction works for Task No. I. "Reconstruction of the Błonie railway station".2 The description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constitutes Annex 2a to the ToR.3 The scope of the Contractor's duties has been specified in detail in the model contract constituting Annex 9 to the ToR and in the OPZ constituting Annex 2a to the ToR.4The Economic Operator shall be obliged to complete the contract according to the terms and conditions specified in the model contract - Annex 9 to the ToR and in the ToR - Annex 2a to the ToR.5 The Contracting Authority does not envisage organizing a vision of local construction works with its participation, however, it is recommended that the Economic Operator should check in detail in the field the conditions for execution of the subject of the contract.6Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3a of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority in the OPZ for services does not specify the requirements for employment by the Contractor or sub-contractor on the basis of the employment contract of persons delegated to perform the contract and performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority.7 The Contracting Authority does not provide for granting advance payments for the performance of the contract.8 The Contractor is obliged to perform all activities resulting from the ToR and the Contractor undertakes to comply with the requirements in accordance with the "Procedure concerning health and safety requirements for Contractors and subcontractors providing services to PKP S.A.". - The Contractor is obliged to indicate in a statement of JEDZ, constituting Annex 3 to the ToR, the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of subcontractors (provided they are known at this stage).10 The subject of the contract. will be performed in 2 stages described in detail in the ToR, ToR and model contract. The maximum execution period - up to 112 weeks. The term in section II.2.7 of the notice - the period in days refers to the term of performance of the subject matter of the contract and amounts to 784 days, i.e. 112 weeks.11. The Awarding Entity envisages awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6) of the PPL within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the current Economic Operator, consisting in repeating services similar to those in the basic contract and compliant with its subject matter, and the total value of these contracts was taken into account when calculating its value for each task separately. The total value of the above contracts shall not exceed 10% of the value of the basic contract.12 The scope of the condition for awarding similar contracts is defined in Chapter VII of the ToR.13 The Awarding Entity allows for the possibility to entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors. The Economic Operator is obliged to indicate in the statement of Jed Jed Jed Jed Jed Jed Jedi constituting Annex 3 to the ToR, the parts of the contract the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the name of the subcontractors (if known at this stage).14. The Awarding Entity has provided for a security deposit in the amount of PLN 1.5 million: PLN 4 000.00 (in words: four thousand, 00/100).15. The estimated value in section II.2.6 of the notice - refers to the value of the basic contract including contracts referred to in art. 67 para. 1 item 6) of the PPL Act.
