Description

The material scope of the investment consists in the expansion and renovation of the existing facility, i.e. a two-storey Child Psychiatric Ward and the construction of a new school and hospital wing.The material scope of the investment also includes the demolition of the existing school and library buildings and the demolition of the brick chimney of the boiler house, change in the traffic organization in the area, expansion of parking lots - in accordance with the local spatial development plan.The works related to the reconstruction and extension of the facility of the Mazovian Neuropsychiatry Centre in Józefów must be carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 March 2019 on detailed requirements to be met by the premises and equipment of an entity conducting medical activity (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 595, as amended).The investment programme is included in Appendix No. 1 - Architectural and construction concept with preliminary branch assumptions for the Child Psychiatric Ward in Józefów
The subject matter of the contract is:1) development of complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation which will enable the Contracting Authority to execute the investment project "Reconstruction and extension of the facility of the Mazovian Neuropsychiatry Center in Józefów", together with obtaining the final construction permit decision,2) author's supervision.2 The Contractor shall be obliged to:1) prepare the following documentationb) develop the detailed design;c) prepare the technical specification for the execution and commissioning of works;d) prepare investment cost estimates, bills of quantities for works;e) prepare information on safety and health protection at the construction site;2) obtain the necessary decisions and agreements required by law;3) exercise author's supervision.3. The Contractor is obliged to prepare 3D visualization of the building, which should include:1) all elements of the building and basic simplified architectural details;2) external woodwork (doors and windows);3) interior design with elements of equipment;4) internal partition walls with doors and elements of installations;5) necessary elements of mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning installations;6) parameters defining the type of finishing and basic colour scheme;7) land development making it possible to read the layers, slope of the site together with taking into account curbs, edges and linear drainage - in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020. on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1609 as amended).4. The Contractor shall also be obliged to develop trade documentation, which should include:1) design of sanitary installation;2) design of ventilation and air conditioning;3) design of electrical installations;4) design of low-current installations, including:(a) fire alarm system SSP and staircase smoke removal;b) voice alarm system DSO;c) access control system, burglary and robbery KD and SWiN;d) intercom system;e) summoning system;f) CCTV video monitoring system;g) structural cabling;h) BSM (Building Management System) management system;i) RTV, audio - video installation - in terms of cabling.5Moreover, the design documentation should include: 1) a design of demolition of the existing library school building and the boiler room chimney, along with development of the area;2) a temporary traffic organization design for the time of construction and a target one;3) a design of a storm water drainage system with a design of land drainage within the land plot boundaries;4) designs of external installations without connections within the land plot boundaries;5) a design of greenery for selected zones, along with small architecture;6) technical conditions for gas, electric, and water supply connections.6The Contractor shall prepare the design documentation, being the subject of the contract, in BIM technology.
