No. in accordance with SIWZ.3.1 The subject of the contract is to prepare design documentation for the task "Development of the track and road system within the Ogrodowa - Północna street section from ul. Zachodniej to ul. Franciszkańska together with reconstruction of the tram terminal at ul. Północna". The scope of project documentation includes: Reconstruction and construction of roadways, tram tracks, paths for cyclists, pavements, stops and platforms of public transport, as well as reconstruction and construction of traffic lights, traction, lighting and illumination, drainage of the designed road and track, connections and installations for the needs of green watering, as well as teletechnical sewerage, removal of telecommunication, power, heating, gas and water and sewage collisions. design of elements of small architecture and urban furniture, temporary and permanent traffic organization, greenery and irrigation system. The area for which documentation will be developed is located within the following areas of conservation protection, entered into the municipal register of monuments: - the area of cultural landscape protection and urban layout "The New Town District" and "The New Town Cloth Hall Gardens", - the area of cultural landscape protection and urban layout "The Old Town Park", - the former suburban tram station situated at Północna Street together with the adjacent tramway layout and surroundings - entered in the register of monuments (entry No. A/100 of 21.12.2010.) Moreover, according to the findings of the current study of conditions and spatial development of the city of Łódź, the area in question is also located in the following areas of conservation protection: - the area constituting a monument protected by the establishment of the Cultural Park of Piotrkowska Street, - the area covered by the archaeological conservation zone, where archaeological supervision is required when performing earthworks or changing the current activity involving the violation of the soil structure. The basis for preparing the design documentation are the following design studies enclosed by the Ordering Party: Road concept, Concept of permanent traffic organisation, Sanitary concept, Electric concept, Green concept, as well as Building design and Executive design of the slab to relieve the load of the Łódka river canal - Stage II.It is envisaged to award contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services or construction works. 3.2 Detailed description before, the contract is included in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR and in Attachment No. 1 to the ToR and in Attachment No. 4 to the Design Concepts.TIME OF ORDER EXECUTION OF THE ORDER -16 months from the date of concluding the Agreement - for: transferring to the Contracting Authority the Project Documentation necessary for Notifying the Construction Works and making such a notification, the Construction Project(s) together with the final decision on the building permit (if required), application(s) to competent public administration authorities concerning the request for authorization to grant consent to the derogation, together with all necessary documentation in this respect, including agreements and required opinions, applications for issuing opinions referred to in Art. 11 b and Article 11d(2) of the Act on Special Principles of Preparation and Implementation of Public Roads Investments together with a set of attachments required under the applicable provisions of law and an application for a decision on the permit to execute a road investment pursuant to the aforementioned Act together with a set of attachments and for the submission of the Executive Project(s).48 months from the date of concluding the Agreement for the period from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012: 16.1 Pursuant to Article 147 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall demand from the Contractor a security for proper performance of the agreement in the amount of 10% of the total price specified in the order offer.
