Description

The purpose of the contract is to entrust the management of the works, measurement and accounting services, assistance with testing in relation to the execution and completion of the work concerning 'Restoration and enhancement of the Ducal Palace - Park and Secret Garden under the "Culture and Tourism" section plan of the Fund for Development and Cohesion (FSC) 2014 - 2020 - Este Duchy Project' - CUP J82C17000320001. The 'intervention of restoration and enhancement of the Reggia Ducale - Park and Secret Garden provides for the redevelopment of the park of the Royal Palace.
The themes of the intervention are briefly as follows: Boulevard along the perimeter of the park defines a linear equipped path characterized by a double row of trees that emphasizes the trace of the boundary wall, maintained and enhanced as a historical ruin: Parterre - Winter Garden with plant species characterized by interesting winter blooms is designed as an attraction even for the coldest months and creates a filter between the Parterre and the central park Central park defined by various field blooms that suggest, given the heterogeneity of the plant repertoire chosen, a dynamic landscape in continuous movement, enhancing its rural character Belvedere Rotunda, or rather the final exedra of the park, conceived as a circular lawn, a place for observation and contemplation Dance lawn conceived as a real "vegetable room" to be used for formal and informal events Secret garden that follows the historical design, as described by Tacoli with the aim of renewing a composition as coherent as possible to the original ducal court within which the trees and the grassy surface of the ground are maintained, naturally proposed as a place of aggregation for the realization of events and manifestations.The area and the assets involved in the intervention, are bound by the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape D.lgs.42/2004 as buildings of monumental value under the former L.1 June 1939, n.1089, constraints included in the Legislative Decree of 29 October 1999, n.490
