Description

The contract for the preparation of the training facility of the Federal Police (AST) Diez was awarded in writing by the Office for Federal Construction on 23.11.2016.The reconstruction of the partially vacant property "Freiherr-vom-Stein-Kaserne in Diez" as a training facility for the Federal Police (AST) is carried out successively. This construction project deals with the reconstruction of Hall 24 into a space shooting range. Hall 24 is a former Bundeswehr motor vehicle hall which has been empty since 2016. The planning is based on the shooting safety planning report of 4.4.2017 drawn up by the shooting expert of the Koblenz Federal Police. 2 x 2 shooting ranges are planned, which means that at the same time a maximum of 2 shooters will shoot in the respective RSA system (shooting distance from 3.00 m to max. 25.00 m). In the first two axes of the hall the adjoining rooms like 2 briefing rooms which can be combined to one are planned as well as toilets, control rooms with locks, servers and the unloading niche. On the opposite last building axis there are the technical rooms, the storage room and the workshop of the shooting attendant. The room in room solution (modular construction as steel frame construction) results in 2 shooting ranges with a room width of 5.00 m each. The storey trap and the target display area are lowered by 0.80 m and the ceiling is raised by 0.80 m in this area. In order to implement the entire space program, it will be necessary to widen the width of the hall in the first and last two building axes. The ventilation center will be located at the front of the building on 2 floors and completely enclosed with insulated wall and ceiling elements.Construction measures to restructure the motor vehicle hall into a shooting range:- demolition of existing folding sliding doors and skylights,- building extension,- construction of new door openings in existing walls,- thermal insulation of the facade,- redesign of the floor plan,- new interior fittings - floor coverings, wall coverings, suspended ceilings (also wet cells),- construction of 2 shooting ranges by modular construction,- construction of a ventilation centre,- TGA - complete new installation (heating, ventilation, sanitation). In accordance with RBBau, the contractor prepares the execution planning (LPH 5), the specifications with specifications (LPH 6), participates in the awarding of contracts (LPH 7) and assumes construction supervision and documentation during execution (LPH 8). The detailed execution planning is accompanied by a member of the small shooting range commission, who is responsible for the shooting technology, and who is responsible for the planning, tendering and execution of the construction work, which must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the state of the art, the regulations of the RBBau, guidelines and regulations (e.g. Building Guidelines (BFR)).527.00 m3NFa: 540.00 m2Composition of estimated construction costs according to DIN 276:KG 310: 90.00 EUR grossKG 320: 103 234.38 EUR grossKG 330: 285 150.43 EUR grossKG 340: 1 304 264.95 EUR grossKG 350: EUR 57 401.84 grossKG 360: EUR 33 946.40 grossKG 370: EUR 3 808.00 grossKG 390: EUR 33 852.88 grossThe total construction costs (KG 200-600 DIN 276) for the conversion and modernisation of the indoor shooting range are approx. 3 421 000,00 EUR gross.compilation of the schedule:start of construction work: January 2020end of construction work: November 2020
