Description

The city of Hemer is planning to build a new indoor swimming pool on the former railway station grounds in Hemer.The following space programme is expected to be implemented:- 25 x 12.5 metres multi-purpose pool with 5 lanes (with partial lifting floor for half use as teaching pool, water depth 0.00 - 2.00 metres),- A further L-shaped pool (12.5 x 10 metres) is to be integrated into this pool so that this "extension", together with the part of the main pool without lifting floor, has a total circumference of 25 x 10 metres,- The pools are to be equipped with starting blocks on 3 sides,- Furthermore, it must be checked to what extent a 1-metre diving platform can be integrated into this pool without deepening the pool floor,- Optionally, the additional costs for a diving tower (1-metre board, 3-metre platform) in the area of the "attached" L pool are to be determined.For the new indoor swimming pool construction, an estimated cost of approx. EUR 9.0 million/net is assumed based on the current status. The estimated costs include the costs of cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276.
