Description

The project concerns the modernization of four workshop buildings at the ÜAZ Holleben Südstraße 4A in 06179 Teutschenthal, each with four training units. Due to their age, the four workshop buildings dating from 1995 with a total of 16 training units have structural and technical defects. In addition, the use of the sanitary and changing areas is impaired. The subject of the contract are services of the technical equipment according to part 4 section 2 HOAI according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI, service phases 2-9 (assignment in stages), plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8.

The project is a construction measure which is supported by funds of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the State of Saxony-Anhalt. The funding is provided on the basis of the "Joint guidelines for the funding of inter-company vocational training centers (ÜBS) and their further development into competence centers", the ancillary provisions for grants for project funding specified therein and taking into account the requirements of the guidelines for the implementation of grant construction measures (RZBau). Bau Bildung Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. is an educational service provider for the construction industry in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt. The project is intended to modernize the four workshop buildings at the ÜAZ Holleben site. The construction work will be carried out during ongoing training operations. It is therefore necessary to carry it out in sections.The following measures from KG 410 - 430 and 480 are required:- Sanitary engineering:Renewal of the complete sanitary objects for the WCs, washrooms, showers;Renewal of the drinking water and waste water connection lines including basic lines for the new sanitary areas;Renewal of the hot water system with fresh water system;Complete renewal of the lifting system for waste water and rainwater;- Heating engineering:Renewal of the heat supply system and extension to heating of the halls and undersupplied areas including heat generation system, heat distribution networks and room heating surfaces;- Ventilation technology:Renewal of exhaust air system in the halls incl. The four factory buildings are single-story buildings without basements and have a total gross floor area (GFA) of 6,762.83 m² and a gross volume ratio (GCO) of 36,857.16 m³. The estimated construction costs KG 300-400 are expected to be approx. 6,100,000 EUR/gross, of which approx. 2,300,000 EUR/gross are planned for KG 410-430 according to DIN 276.A catalog of measures and room program confirmed by the funding agencies is to be observed in the further planning.The provision of the services performance phase 2 is expected to take place after commissioning from 01.03.2023 to 10.04.2023 and the services of performance phase 3 from 01.05.2023 to 31.08.2023.
