The Altmarkkreis Salzwedel (hereinafter referred to as AG) intends to add an access structure with a main staircase and passenger elevator to the listed building of the Danneil Museum in the district town of Salzwedel, An der Marienkirche 3, in order to provide barrier-free access to the building. The services for the object planning, buildings and open-air facilities as well as the technical planning, technical equipment and electrical installation have already been provided up to the preliminary planning stage and have been enclosed with the annexes. The present invitation to tender is intended to identify planning offices which will continue to plan the construction project and which will participate in the awarding, execution and supervision of the construction work.Planning services are advertised for the following lots and service phases in accordance with the fee regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI):Lot 1 Object planning: Buildings and interiors Service phases 3-8 Special services:- Application for approval under monument law,- Preparation of fire protection concept,- Preparation of fire brigade plans.Lot 2 Object planning: Outdoor facilitiesPerformance phases 3-8Lot 3 Sectoral planning: Structural designPerformance phases 1-6Lot 4 Sectoral planning Technical equipment: Electrical installationPerformance phases 3-8Lot 5 Sectoral planning Technical equipment: Heating/ventilation/SanitaryPerformance phases 1-8Lot 1 as well as 3, 4 and 5 are not part of this tender. The present invitation to tender concerns Lot 2 - Planning of open-air facilities.The contract for Lot 2 will initially only be awarded for performance phase 3. Depending on the availability of subsidies, it is also planned to award contracts for performance phases 4-8 individually or as a whole. The transfer takes place by written notification. The Principal reserves the right to limit the transfer of further work phases to individual sections of the construction project (commissioning in sections). A legal claim to the transfer of further services does not exist. The Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) shall be obliged to render these further services if they are transferred in writing by the Client within 2 years of completion of the services ordered to date. In the event of a transfer of further services, the conditions of this award procedure shall apply. The Contractor cannot derive any increase in his fee or other claims from the step-by-step or step-by-step transfer.the selection of the applicants (3 to 5 applicants) shall be made according to their suitability and performance on the basis of an evaluation matrix.timetable:- award of contract by 30.3.2020,- draft planning by 31.5.2020,- approval planning by 31.7.2020.
